You need a Microsoft account with OneDrive access. Microsoft 365 work or school accounts (OneDrive for Business) provide the best experience. Personal Microsoft accounts can also connect their OneDrive workbooks.

Shareables connects to Excel workbooks stored on OneDrive. To use a local file, simply upload it to OneDrive first — you can do this from Excel desktop (File → Save to OneDrive) or by dragging it into onedrive.com.

Your widget fetches data from your workbook each time a visitor loads your page. Any changes you make in Excel are reflected on your website automatically — no manual publish step needed.
