Simply sign up, choose a widget template, and click "Connect" for your preferred data source. For Airtable, Google Sheets, and Notion, we use OAuth so you just authorize with one click. For Stackby and SmartSuite, you'll enter your API key. For Excel, you can upload a .xlsx file directly or connect your Microsoft account. The whole process takes under a minute.

Yes! You can change your data source at any time from the widget editor. Just disconnect the current source and connect a new one. Your widget design and settings are preserved.

All data sources sync automatically every few minutes. When you update your data in Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or any other connected source, the changes appear on your website without any manual action.

Absolutely. We only read the data you explicitly choose to display. We use OAuth authentication where available, and never store your full database—only the fields needed to render your widget.

Shareables works with free tiers of all supported data sources. You can connect Airtable Free, Google Sheets (free with a Google account), Notion Free, and more. For Excel, you can upload .xlsx files directly without any Microsoft account at all.
