Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are available on our website at shareables.ai. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or share through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SHAREABLES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shareables and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shareables operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
